Ignore engagement

Yeah, I have some issues with how engagement works. Especially for things like big animals (a horse rides along and...stops?...because a guy with a knife happens to be near) and small animals (dogs and wolves run around large threats, or between their legs, etc).

I think 'Attacks of Opportunity' or the old 1st and 2nd edition rule of you get a free back attack (no shield) if someone runs past you. But I'm hesitant because this system is so deadly.
