Default Any news on the OGRE Minis front?

Just wondering if there's any news of the OGRE Minis?

Not at this time. We will announce once we are ready to move forward.

Any clue as to when that might be? A few weeks, months, or years for example, not being sarcastic here. The current situation has had a knock on effect across the wargaming forums, and speculative trading of spare miniatures that IMO is not necessarily good for the line, and getting new players into Ogre.

I'm sorry, but no. We will deal with this as we have time to focus on it. At the moment Steve and I are wrapped up in some bigger projects (such as the overall EOY and details of business).

Anything I say now about timing would be speculation and possibly very wrong.

So the Ogre minis aren't back on W23 yet, but do you know if W23 suddenly decided to ship out pending orders that had minis on them?

I was quite surprised to receive a shipping notice today for the order that I had put in back on 2/11. That order had minis on it (Mk VI and a couple of LADs) and had been in a pending/balance due state ever since the order was placed (as discussed on another thread).

I am back from NYTF (and some other things are out of the way) so I sat down with staff and addressed the last couple of orders from that week.

There were problems (curse you, machines). We think we have solved those problems. Sorry about the delay.

Well, there were still problems (I got charged 100x the cost of my order again), but I called into customer service and looks like it's worked out now. I'll rest easier when the $9700+ charge is removed from my CC though.

Our business office has already tackled that.

Again, I can't say "I'm sorry" enough for this. It turns out the couple of orders we knocked out this morning had a weird bug.

Your order is shipped and that charge should be gone as soon as the banks do their thing.

No need to apologize. Fnord happens.

Customer service was very helpful this morning in resolving the issue.
