Default Mothership RPG

Has anyone played or read this rpg? It sounds both interesting and seriously well designed.
Can anyone tell me about it?

Thank you for your attention.

It's (at least currently) a Pay What You Want (which can be $0) title, so you may be best-served by simply downloading it from itch.io and reading through. It looks interesting, and (from the character and cheat sheets, which appear to have a large number of the rules written on them for reference) rather easy to play, so I'll be giving it a read through. Looks to be a good find, thanks.

If I've help you, I am glad. There are two supplements, both have been favorably reviewed.

If it helps, the one about space stations has cybernetic mods.

Read? yes. Played? No
Not much there. It's a fairly typical OSR-style presentation, with some 5E-isms

The supplement with the Cybermods is "Pound of Flesh." It looks good. There is a module with extra-crunch called "Dead Planet."

I bought the main game and printed it out. I love the pictures of the main weapons/guns available to players with details of where important feathers are. I'll post reactions as I have them.

Various things have kept me from reading Mothership but let me tell you the hiring mercenaries section is grand. The system is hyper streamed lined and allows the Mercenaries in question to grow as characters as long as they survive. Thus even dud mercenaries (called Scum in the game) can grow to be useful NPCs if they survive.

I've read through these, it's worth the price.
Mothership is a very interesting RPG. I've read through it & can say it's good for a 1 or 2 night quick night, to break up the routine of game night.
Dead Planet is the first supplement, with a nice adventure about being stranded on a lost planet with plenty of horrors (both human and otherwise).
A Pound Of Flesh is the second add-on, detailing a space-station 9with creation rules) cyber-implants & intrigue
There's also their first 'zine, Hive-Mind, which prints the d10 tables made by fans on their Discord channel.

They just finished another Kickstarter for the next supplement, Gradient Descent, about an AI in an android-factory that....well, it will be out by June 2020
