There's also the option of large hats. It's not like the breasts are the only things that can get sunburned (pretty sure the vast majority of field work involves looking downwards and is most likely to get burns on the back...)

I thought of them as resembling Ghanaians when I first introduced them into a campaign, but I've elaborated and re-worked details since then.
