That also works for the movie Crocadile Dundee where the muggers have a small knife and he pulls out his and says "You call that a knife? This is a Knife!"

Test builds showed that if you took the same pts that would allow for an effective ZM Rifle sniper they'd give you a "regular" sniper of Skill-30 and that worked at least as well as the ZM build. So if you want to emulate the efects of Intimisation in the movies the answer can be as simple as to spend enough cp to achieve a Cinematically high Skill level.
