Yes, but no place to note your character's size modifier. Which is fine in a lot of games, but in some sci-fi and fantasy settings it can matter quite a bit, and there's always the occasionally quite large or small person even in a "mundane" setting.

But for the odd character out, you can pencil that in as an Advantage or whatever.
