Default Level 20 games

Hello all! Does anyone play games up to Level 20 (or more!)?
If so what card sets do they recommend (or rule changes)? I have these:

Munchkin (base set)
Munchkin Monster Enhancers
Munchkin 3 Clerical Errors
Munchkin 5 De-Ranged

One of the reason's I'm asking is that once we get up to about Level 14, if we have enough bonus items killing monsters gets a bit easy. It doesn't really spoil the enjoyment of this brilliant game but I'm just trying to see what everyone else does.

If you haven't downloaded Epic Munchkin, you should -- it's designed to keep the game challenging at the higher Levels. (Notably, once you hit Level 10 you start kicking open TWO doors, not one, a rule lots of people seem to miss.)

Hi! I found this thread and tried to download Epic Munchkin (the link is outdated btw, but I was able to google for it).
When checking out, there were shipping and handling charges for the PDF download...?
Am I doing something wrong? The download link right on the item page is for a preview which is just the first page of the document.

Thank you!

It should be a free download. I'll confirm with Warehouse 23 staff.

You should be aware, however, that we have stopped updating and supporting those rules. The last update of the file will remain available but we won't be adding anything else to it.

Edit: I confirmed with W23 that Epic Munchkin is a free PDF download. Is there a chance you also had physical games in the order and that's what was causing the shipping charge?
