Re: Ogre Kickstarter
Can I suggest a plug (or three) for the "Gamer and Store Finder" page on one of the KS updates? If the backers would all register there (or some other site) finding opponents would be soooo much easier.

Re: Ogre Kickstarter
Seconded. And @afschell I'm on it and just north of Philly with an excellent game store near me for playing things like Ogre...

Re: Ogre Kickstarter
How about just making it a sticky at the top of the Ogre message board?

Re: Ogre Kickstarter
Lots of the Kickstarter folks don't come here. I'd find a way to link it over there, too.

Re: Ogre Kickstarter
They should probably link to both the Gamer Finder and the Ogre Forums in an Update. While not everyone will use either, I'm sure plenty will appreciate being pointed at them.

Re: Ogre Kickstarter
2,717 units have been pre-ordered.
The last 24 hours increased the amount pledged by about $22K and increased the backer count by 123 to reach 2523 (Avg moving up to 5 new backers per hour). The 123 new backers are the most new backers since April 15th. The increase in units pre-ordered is the greatest since April 17th. Average pledge per backer since inception jumped to $150.03. The average pledge today was $180.63. We surpassed the $375K level in one day. The next stretch goal, $400K, will be passed with 143 backers given the historical numbers. As the days go by, the number of backers opting for the $150 level continues to increase. By the end, the $150 level may have more backers than the $100 level. Welcome to the party our international brothers and sisters. The international group has accounted for $21K of the pledges and 117 units pre-ordered. There were 33 new international backers today. One thing I looked at today was the amount of non-allocated pledges. That is, the amount of money that's been pledged but does not appear if you multiply out the pledges and their amounts. The current amount of unallocated pledges is $16K. That represents up to 168 additional units, though in reality, it represents a lot of dice and extra counters and maps, too. Projecting through the next 9 days, total units pre-ordered will be 3,500 and pledges will be about $510K! (So, we should see the $500K stretch goal announced and attained. My guess, given the way the locked text reads, is Ogrethulu). |
