Janus turns to Marcus and says "You'll have your battles friend, but I am eager to survive the confrontation. If we can make the number more favorable, all the better for us. Wouldn't you like to match arms with this captain we have heard so much about?"

He turns back to the captive. "My friend is eager, so make sure your information flows quickly or he may get bored and find something to keep his attention closer at hand. How many men?"

You hear movement in the bushes and when you turn to look, you see an orc spying on you.

[ooc]Combat starts; the order is as follows:
1st: Marcus
tied for 2nd: Corwin & Slade

Corwin dropped his digging stick and quickly drew his sword, then got his shield into place.

If it was just one spy the others seemed ready to handle it, Corwin's worry was that it might be the prelude to an attack.

OCC: I am a little brain dead this moring we are doing 3 rounds increments right? So Marcus would only get 1 second of aiming if he wanted to fire at the beginning of the third round right? Or does he get an addtional +1 for aiming on third and can also fire on the third? Let me know because I would've hit the torso if I miss by 1. Fast draws another arrow.....
