Re: [IC] You Meet In A Tavern
"Marcus, do you think your site would be a good place to hide the bodies?"
He looked down at the mule he was riding, then dismounted. "Let's load the bodies up and take them to the camp." Corwin removed his pack, crossbow, and shield to place them on the ground. Now freed up some he helped to move bodies onto mules. Last edited by Pesterfield; 03-09-2010 at 07:41 PM. |

Re: [IC] You Meet In A Tavern
Janus sighs heavily, dismounts his mule and helps Corwin move the bodies to the mules. "Not what I had in mind, but it does make sense."

Re: [IC] You Meet In A Tavern
Gidhean hesitates to mount a mule. He looks at it for a bit, ponders in his thoughts and decides not to hop on it.
When someone asks him something like "Gidhean, are you going", he'll answer: "Uh... I'm afraid I... can't ride. I was never taught how to. I never needed it, to be honest."

Re: [IC] You Meet In A Tavern
Corwin saw the mage's struggle. "Don't worry, we're using them to move the bodies first. Then once you've rested we can figure something out. Perhaps just use them for the slower people and the rest as pack animals."
"How long will it take you to recover anyway?" |

Drogo follows the rest of the group, humming happily.

Marcus helps to load the bodies and heads off towards the campsite. "We should tie up the prisoner. Unless I can kill the scum now?"

Re: [IC] You Meet In A Tavern
"Truly Marcus, there has been enough killing for at least an hour or two, no? I say tie him up and continue the interrogation further. I think I have some rope... ah here it is." He brings out a full length of rope. "I think a tight knot keeping his hands together, and say an additional knot around his neck to keep him from running. You are probably the best for this sort of thing Marcus, here." Janus hands the rope to Marcus.

Re: [IC] You Meet In A Tavern
You tie up the prisoner and haul the bodies off to your new camp. You leave nothing behind except some scuff marks on the road. At camp, you rest and have an early lunch.
[ooc] If nobody wants to do anything at camp, we can move on to the next part of the journey.

Re: [IC] You Meet In A Tavern
After lunch Janus picks up his lute and begins strumming softly. It sounds like he is trying to put the earlier fight to song... and the bard sounds much more heroic in the song than deserved.
