Renaming Attributes
Is it possible to rename an Attribute.
For Instance: I have renamed Fatigue Points into Force Points. It does show correctly in the Attributes tab and on a printed character sheet in pdf format. It doesn't show on the Quick View tab. The entire box and the letters FP have disappeared. |

Re: Renaming Attributes
In GCA one thing that's pretty sacrosanct is the Name (and Name Extension) of a trait. I'm actually surprised that it printed without an issue when you changed the name. It appeared on the Attributes Tab because the attributes themselves state whether and where they appear on that tab.

Re: Renaming Attributes
I did change the programming lines in the sheet where it referred to Fatigue Points so it printed correctly when exported to pdf.
But as a GM I prefer to work from the Quick View tab. Its no big problem. I can still call it Fatigue Points so it shows up as FP in the Quick View tab. I also tried to just call it FP instead of Fatigue Points, but the results where the same. I know there is another topic somewhere where the creator might think of making the program more customizable (in that topic it was mentioned to rename the tabs...e.g., Force Abilities instead of Spells). |
