Post apocalypse alcohol

Hello!

I've been wondering what would be the most common kinds of alcohols After the End. I'm not talking ethanol for use in vehicles/generators, but alcohols fit for human consumption. I'd expect alcohol from common/easily grown crops to be most represented (in areas with a clean river, sake because rice, in many areas vodka because it's easy to grow potatoes...).
