Default Is Super ST damage working?

I can't figure out if this is user error or what, but when I have the Supers data file loaded up and put Super Strength on a character, it adds a few attack modes that appear to be wholly unrelated to the attribute's level. It adds a flat swing/thrust that mirror the character's raised (but not extra-effort-enhanced) ST. For example, if you add super ST 10 to a ST 10 character, it shows the sw/thr damage for ST 20. It also adds a punch/kick that respectively do 1d-6 and 1d-5 damage. Is there something I need to do to get this to display correctly, am I misunderstanding the display, or is it simply bugged?
