Default Question of skills in templates

I have the templates from GURPS Cops, and they have a couple different Area Knowledge skills. Is there any way to set those skills where they can be filled in when the template is added?

The Detective Template has Area Knowledge (City) and Area Knowledge (Precinct). Is there any way I could add the template and then change AK (City) to AK (Los Angeles) and AK (Precinct) to AK (Pacific Division), for example?

OK...apparently, since I haven't fired up the program in years, this issue has been addressed.
