So this includes one-shot items that turns monsters friendly, like in my example stated before?

AKA:

If a monster is friendly thanks to a one shot card, but is then duplicated thanks to Mate/Duplo-Ray/etc., the new monster is not friendly?

in the italian version there is still a -1 penality from the running away. My question is (keeping this old monster description), do i have to escape from both the monsters with a penality of -1 or i have to escape from a single monster with a penaly of -1 (in case of a run away situation)?

The rule has changed. If the Italian version didn't match the change, that is errata that should be fixed in the Italian version.
