Cheat Cards
With the Cheat Card, are you allowed to go over the Equip Rule? As in, use it to carry a third One Hand Item or a second Armor? We've been keeping within the Equip Rule but using this Cheat Card more for cards you can't use due to your Race or Class.

The Cheat! card is not so restrictive as you're playing it. It allows you to have and use an Item you normally could not. You normally could not use two Armors, so it allows you to use a second Armor. Essentially, if you play it on an Item, that Item is legal for you to have in play and use, no matter what.

Can it apply on two effects? For example, In Adventure Time, wearing a hat for Royalty (when not royalty) while wearing another hat. 2 hats vs. Class rule.

The Cheat! card lets you use an Item you could not normally use, for any reason or combination of reasons. My general rule is that when you check to see if your character's equipment is legal, ignore any Item that has a Cheat! card attached to it.
