Default There's a Monster on the loose!

Just grabbed Dungeon Fantasy Monsters 1. It's awesome. I love that so much effort has been put into the artwork on this book. It reminds me of the old-school monster manuals for certain other popular games, but the quality of both the artwork and the writing is much better.

The second chapter on options and monster traits is also excellent. It has effectively made this a much larger manual because of the switches that have been provided to me.

Got it. The 30 monsters look good. I also appreciate the new advantages that were included and the monster/foes index that covers the entire Dungeon Fantasy series.

I must say that it is about time a monster supplement was released, and the art work was definitely worth the wait.

Dave.

When volume 1 sells so well that my bosses tell me to drop what I'm doing, call up Peter, and get volume 2 done. ;)

I've been waiting and waiting and waiting for this one.

And I co-wrote it.

I'm gratified to hear you guys like it. Hopefully it will sell enough to justify a second volume, because I already went ahead and pitched that. I have even more crazy stuff in my head that will only make sense once I rough-draft it and send it to Sean to distill down to utter nastiness . . . but first you must buy!

:D
