By it from Wharehosue 23. They are just as competitive plus you get some great goodies. Last order I got like 5 cards and 3 bookmarks and a 2011 Silver piece.

I - and the majority of the people shopping for me - won't buy something from Amazon that our FLGS has or can order. We've just all found the Amazon lists to be a good consolidation tool. Sadly, there's really only one FLGS left in town - the rest all lost the battle.

Barnes and Nobles carries Munchkin now too. I suspect that it's better to buy it there in the event that there is no FLGS, because then at least you are keeping it on the shelves.
