Mug The Shopkeeper - with Reloaded icon!?

The thread title says it all. I bought a lot of old cards off eBay recently, and among all of the early printing stuff is a sepia-toned Mug The Shopkeeper card with a Munchkin Dice or Reloaded icon. As far as I can tell, this card was only ever found as a promo or in Get Promoted. So, what gives? Anyone know?

As far as I can tell, this one and Step and a Half as a treasure were the first promo cards that came out at the same time as Munchkin Dice and has the same icon

I just realized that I have a Step and a Half with the same icon, but for some reason I thought it came with Munchkin Dice. Okay, I'll go ahead and add these to my Promos collection. Thank you!
