Re: [GURPS DF] Welcome to Hell OOC
Can we assume it is safe start talking directly to other characters IC at this point?

I won't be online this next week starting Sunday. Dorli will follow the others and keep his shield up and axe out if anything happens between now and then.

I'll be taking things slowly this week. Not a whole lot for me to add until Dorin's back, so I figure I'll space it out.

Re: [GURPS DF] Welcome to Hell OOC
So there's two traps? Kill one of the children and blow everything up including you, or mess with the floor boards supporting the arch and it comes tumbling down on you. Sound about right?
So the children won't/can't blow themselves up, someone else would have to kill them, right? If so we should be able to walk right out so long as we don't touch anything I think. |

I'm back, and only slightly weary. I'll read up what I missed shortly.

There are enough of these large iron cables hanging down that there's no way you can walk through them. Maybe a Pixie could fit through them. They're not quite this close together, but that's not too far off either. And they must go on for a depth of at least a hundred yards. The cables are pulled very taut as well. That might mean something. Last edited by ErhnamDJ; 07-13-2012 at 10:07 AM. |

Re: [GURPS DF] Welcome to Hell OOC
I had pictured them being woven together, I just had also pictured them as cages for the doomchildren scattered throughout the hallway rather then across the width of the hall. So a mindless killing machine would go after a cage and die an explosive death, or maybe a do-gooder bent on killing all demons in melee combat.
So I'm guessing now that there are pockets free of cables where the doom children are trapped? Darn my not knowing. At least I know they explode. |

With the possibility of flying demons, I'm sure there's a few, I could totally understand both sides being trapped.

Re: [GURPS DF] Welcome to Hell OOC
Sorry, folks. I am currently experiencing technical difficulties, which I hope to have resolved shortly, though they will require a trip into town and I injured my foot while walking barefoot. May be a few days before I can get this going again.
