Destructive abrasion; what damage type? (and Corrosion arguments)
My alien species evolved without jaws but use a kind of radula. More specifically a kind of forceful "sand papering" to powder rock faces for minerals. It should be far more bleeding inducing and prone to infection than crushing, but not as deep tissue damaging as cutting or impaling.
Any ideas on what would be the most realistic as well as closest to R.A.W.?

Corrosive is the only suggestion that comes to my mind.

Re: Destructive abrasion; what damage type?
Seconded. Go with corrosive. It's the only damage type that can whittle away DR by default, which is totally appropriate.
Having a radula is probably a 1 or 2 point advantage. I'm leaning toward 1.

Re: Destructive abrasion; what damage type?
Cool. That was one of my initial ideas, but felt it might be too powerful. It's not like they can abrade steel plate armor without rubbing their radula's teeth off.

Re: Destructive abrasion; what damage type?
Also, consider a fraction armor divisor if you want it to grind more than hurt. Frex, 1 cor = 2(0.5) cor, except the latter reduces DR more quickly. I'd look at the Pestilent perk from Horror for increased infection rates. Considering that it's limited to only one attack, adding a -2~ish to bleeding rolls might be easily added without bumping it beyond the perk range.
