Just logged on to JTAS for he first time this year. There is only one issue of JTAS, February 25, accessable.

Anyone know if there has there been an issue with new JTAS, or is this a IT issue?

I'm guessing it's some kind of IT issue, but I don't know specifics (although I'll try to find out). For the time being, here are recent issues, accessible to subscribers:

Someone email me if the next issue doesn't show up in the archives, eh? Much easier to fix this stuff before it piles up.
