Competitive deck builds?
Hello fellow ccg enthusiasts! I'm starting this thread as a way to compile deck ideas and constructive feedback for the more competitively oriented players out there, as well as start an 'archive' of sorts for various builds.
-thehatcase P.S please keep all criticism CONSTRUCTIVE AND HELPFUL, as if you wouldn't say it to your boss, you probably shouldn't say it. |

Re: Competitive deck builds?
It behooves me to mention that the zap ability of the Thief will be nerfed as of 07/09/18. It is being reduced to one card per turn, essentially a Recycle 1 ability. This should significantly change the meta.

Re: Competitive deck builds?
I've really enjoyed the Elf Thief from the start (even with her nerfs), so here's my Bleed/spill deck. The area in which I live doesn't have many Munchkin players so I haven't been able trade to make this the "perfect"version, (but this deck has done loads better than the first Elf Thief deck I made...)
Monsters
Loot Weapons
Mischiefs Interrupt
Locations
Allies
Possible changes (with cards I have), would be Repeat Offender, Long Shot, Rehoming Stick. I'm for sure going to throw a Charm of Cheating in (maybe 2) to make zapping the Thief have more options (extra card or another gold). If anyone has some other suggestions to keep an eye out for that would be great :) |

Re: Competitive deck builds?
Malkavman - I notice you play with lots of locations. I haven’t been able to figure out good location combos. Can you help me understand how they fit into the meta with some examples?

I put 3 x Hydraxe and 3 x Ding! in the deck. Ding! helps both players, but especially if Hydraxe is already on the board. Great combo! |
