Play by post game starting

I'm attempting to run a game that addresses two issues:

1. Not all of the players will be available at the same time.
2. Ability to join as a starting character once the campaign is underway

Bring starting human characters who are aspiring to be Couriers or Wizardly Couriers. Note that Wizardly Courier isn't listed in the jobs table so I'm looking forwards for your conceptions. I don't expect the characters to be fully qualified for the job, but I do expect that they have a useful subset of the talents required.
