Get out of my head, Christopher. :)

If it wasn't clear from my review, I'm wildly enthusiastic about the chargen paradigm Sean introduced - not the least reason is that it nixed off something I was thinking about (but not quite so well) and borrowed from his quite-successful method of providing packages for his current campaign, which seemed to go in 25-point chunks.

The overall concept is one discussed in my interview with him a year or so ago - the idea that with (say) 250 points to spend, you potentially have 250 choices to make - maybe more like 300 - if you do things one point at a time. The idea of "pick an archetype, make fewer than a dozen selections, grab an equipment package, and play!" is frankly worth a new edition of GURPS Lite to embrace. Either that or changing the worked genre method to replace the character templates with this method.

Yes, I like it that much.

Yeah, I started about 1 hour ago and I'll probably finish the first draft by tonight. You want to review it for me when I get a good beta-copy?

Sure. Send it my way.

(Also, reminds me I have something sitting on my hard drive I was set to review; must fill tummy then engaging reviewing-mode)

Cool. Might be a while because I'm going to bang on it till the big dints are out (as usual). Thanks.

I am fairly sure you will have it written before I finish the outline.

:-/ I'm sorry. I just get a idea and I can either get it out or suffer. I don't like suffering (even if it leads to the Dark Side and cookies).
