Painless Toxic Attack?

I'm trying to model an ability that only harms those staying in a specific area for a considerable length of time, and the only part I'm stuck on is that I want the HP loss it causes to be so painless that it won't even awaken a Light Sleeper. Any help?

No-Signature for +20% seems like the right. The injury itself wouldn't wake you up, but feeling like absolute crap from HP loss might. If people are moving around at half speed, coughing up blood, and passing out occasionally but continue to believe that they are fine look into afflicting a delusion, with the value depending on how much injury they can take before they realize they need help.

Well, it's a 24 hour Exposure Time. It'll just be some strange illness affecting that hospital/jail/nursing home ;)
