I was working around a Tanya Huff form. Effectively Nocturnal [-40] plus Vulnerable (UV, x4) [-60] and Weakness (UVx3: Variable, -40%) [-36]. Gain ST, Speed (ETS or ATR, possibly just Enhanced Move); Mind Control (Conditioning, +50%).

Maybe make the Nocturnal = the day/night cycle where you are.
Werewolves = drop the moon link and call it Emotional Biorhythm Synchronicity = you go wolf at your emotional crisis point.

But what I'm aiming for is a diluted vampiresque genemod granting high survivability and physical prowess at the cost of unwanted extreme day/night switch and restricted diet. As such, I'm not sure about the UV and Nocturnal is too extreme.
