A Piece of The Blueprint (Lightning)

This is, despite its name, a Servitor Attunement, not a relic. When the Archangel of Lightning first set out to design the physical universe, he necessarily needed some sort of plan for it. The Blueprint was what he used: it was said that the details on it extended down to the sub-molecular level - which, given the nature of quantum mechanics, is actually fairly impressive (on the other hand, it's been suggested that Jean didn't actually get around to creating quantum mechanics until 1686 AD, so possibly not). At any rate, The Blueprint did not survive the Rebellion intact, but Jean very carefully saved the pieces, and will occasionally imbue one of his Servitors with one.

A Piece of The Blueprint (APoTB) grants two major powers. First, it provides the functional equivalent of the Elohite of Stone attunement. The first Elohite of Stone who also holds this attunement - both David and Jean were curious as to the results - reports that it no longer suffers from the organic/artificial substance blockage problem; Jean is still trying to work out why it didn't work that way to begin with. APoTB also gives its holder the ability to - very dimly - see some of the roughest, coarsest outlines of the Symphony. This is barely enough to permit a -1 to the total disturbance generated by any one action, but many Servitors of Lightning are happy to be quiet for a change.

As noted above, Jean has been known to give this attunement out to non-Servitors of Lightning: mostly Stone, but a few members of the Sword as well.
