Default Steampunk: Flying Skull

Does the Bad Stuff on the Flying Skull mean that if there's a monster when you kick down the door, you will have two monsters to fight (the new monster and the Flying Skull)?

Yes, the sufferer of the Bad Stuff will have to face Flying Skull again, as well as deal with whatever card he draws when kicking open the door.

What if the Bad Stuff of Flying Skull hits two munchkins (there was combat with helper). Will both of them meet Flying Skull next turn?
If answer is "yes" and first player beats Flying Skull, where goes the monster card - to discards or to second player who must meet Flying Skull in his turn?

The card goes to the other player who must still face it.
