Halloween rewards

I just want to get this straight. If I order ANYTHING that costs money from warehouse 23, I will also get a free die, a plushie, a copy of I Hate Zombies, and a chance at getting the munchkin Halloween box. But if I spend over 30, I'll get Cthulhu die;over 50, another copy of I hate zombies?
Or do each of those come by the amount you spend?

The promotion states:

"Bonus loot is cumulative – $125 gives you all these items!
(While Supplies Last)"

So, what you get is each item up to the amount spent.
