So - in the $110 Pledge, there is a mention of the 32-page updated Designers Edition Rulebook.

Can the non-US backers get this as a PDF too please?

That is the book that is inside the Ogre Battle Box.

I think the question here is: "If I am getting only the PDF pledge because I can't deal with physical shipping, will a PDF of the Battle Box Rulebook be made available _outside_ the Battle Box?"

Absolutely. And it won't cost you a penny. It will be released here on the site. I will notify everyone via Ogre News when we release it. I expect to release it well in advance of distribution of Ogre Miniatures, Second Edition as well..
