Ah, tough one there. I did one for Magic but haven't updated it in awhile. It would be too much work to do that for everything and even then it doesn't go into detail. Just what systems the article covers.

I'm sure that's why it hasn't been done. And why I was thinking in 20-issue blocks. Big enough for a 'highlights' to have some real meat without going overboard.

10-issue blocks might be more than enough really.

What I would really like to see are setting reviews, organized to be easy to look through. I used to have a good list but had to take the site down for financial reasons.

Year blocks would be the optimal structure for my purposes.

I agree (assuming I understand you correctly). It would be nice to, for example, have a webpage/forum thread that reviews all of Pyramids to date, with individual posts covering a setting or tool kit. E.g. For a Monster Hunter's game set in the renaissance, I might seek out the Pyramid reviews on the following topics:
  1. Monster Hunters
  2. Tech Level 4 (too fine? I may have to settle for Low Tech)
  3. Horror
  4. Action
  5. Monsters
  6. Magic
You get the idea. It would be nice if the reviewed articles were ranked by the reviewer by utility within it's topic.

Considering that issues are always referred to by number rather than date, why do you consider organizing by calendar better?
