Headless Norseman vs Chicken on your Head
The bad stuff on the Headless Norseman says it removes your head. Normally, curses persist through death, but if your head is removed, does that also count as removing your headgear, thus removing the Chicken?

No. Removing your head is not the same as removing your Headgear. Unless the card says it is, of course.
