Losing Combat
When you lose combat versus a monster, am I correct in assuming you stay in that room if you do not successfully run away?
If you stay in that room, does combat begin immediately during your next move phase, or do you have an opportunity to move away before the monster attacks you again? |

Re: Losing Combat
No, you always get away unless there are literally no exits from your current room. You may suffer the Bad Stuff on your way out the door, however.

Re: Losing Combat
For reference, one of the first instructions with respect to Running Away (p. 10) is, "Pick an adjacent room to run to before you roll!" So, as long as you don't end up dying due to the Bad Stuff, you will end up in that room after rolling. Remember that you flip over one Health Token per Monster in the combat before attempting to Run Away.
