Spells on unlisted items
Can you add spells to items that are not on their own lists? For example, a wristband that lets you cast a fireball or something similar.

With GM approval, the listed items are more flavor suggestions that strict proscription

One possible world builder's decision is that the listed items have affinities for the spells they are listed for, and so if using a non-affinity item, the energy cost is higher.

Which is an ideal I like it gest a more generalized version of Gems and Powerstones... sure you can make non gem powerstones the affininty means they turn out better as gems

Just the other side to the suggestion of appropriate additions reducing energy in Thaumatology. Great for Cabal type games with decanic influences.
