Re: Boosters I'd like to see
Technically, the Warehouse 23 boosters have always been cross set boosters, but I do see what you mean. It could be the first set to encourage blending.

Re: Boosters I'd like to see
In addition to the already-mentioned W23 boosters, Gets Promoted contains cards for multiple sets.

Re: Boosters I'd like to see
Without getting too far off the "Boosters" topic and without suggesting individual cards...
What about including a singular card in every "Fantasy" booster set that goes with the theme of that set, but is designed for (and has the back of) a different flavor of Munchkin? This would allow for some promotion of other the other games while giving fans of those games a new card here and there. Like, say, a Zombie Munchkin card in the next Halloween Pack or such. |

Gravity falls booster
The show has plenty of creatures to choose from Classes are simple with the 5 main characters Instead of race do age kid, teen, adult and senior Weapons are aplenty And do the 5 books and give them special abilities |

Re: Boosters I'd like to see
Ummm... don't you mean the three journals?
Anyway, as much as I'd love a Gravity Falls pack, why stop there? Why not have an entire mystery solvers set? You could reference classic detectives like Sherlock Holmes and Pierre Dupin, to film noir, like Sam Spade, to more modern stuff like Scooby-Doo and GF. Well... I imagine they'd probably be parodies, at least, if they ever did anything like that. Last edited by Cpt. Sqweky; 11-07-2013 at 07:36 AM. |

Re: Boosters I'd like to see
Kull the Conquer would be an interesting booster. Robert E. Howard wrote about it before making Conan the Barbarian series. There is decent material about the world and a low budget movie about it several years ago.
I figure it would be a good booster for the Conan base. |

Re: Boosters I'd like to see
I would like to see boosters/sets for Harry Potter, Tolkien, Doctor Who, Tarzan, Barsoom, maybe a Good Omens/Bad Omens set, Discworld would be ripe for Munchkin's brand of humor, as would Hitchhiker's Guide, more Penny Arcade, and more licenses in general. I know we can't mention card ideas, but there's tons of things I would love to see!
Another set that I think would be cool, would be an Illuminati themed set. Last edited by KingInYellow; 11-19-2013 at 03:13 AM. |
