A Day in the Life of:

[JCD]

This thread is dedicated to all the PCs and NPCs out there. It's supposed to be a guide to what a Celestial of <insert Superior here> does all day in the course of their non-adventuring days. Hopefully it will spark some ideas in others.


Hugh (Impudite of Belial)

Role: College Student

Hugh has been in The City for a long time. He wasn't always in college. He was initially supposed to forment labor disputes which had gotten as fas as dynamiting street cars, but he arrived well after the The National Guard had.

In WW I, he had fostered the racism and trashing of German Americans, sponsering a book burning

In the Twenties, he had engaged in some wide spread arson, torching the City Hall at one point (and necessitating leaving the city for several years)

During the Depression, he was poor like everyone else, and was happy for a bit of arson in shanty towns.

During WW II, he worked at the Curtis Wright Plant, making bombers to burn people thousands of miles away. If his quality control on the fuel systems wasn't always the best, he was always willing to work some overtime...

It was in the Counter Culture that he started to blossom. Burning bras, draft cards, Presidents in Effigy, American Flags. He was smiling for years!

These days, he is registered in...well something. He doesn't remember his major much anymore since he's been through these classes so damned often. He encourages parties, alcohol, video games, fighting, vandalism; anything which will burn their youth, their innocence and their educational opportunities. He's the guy who tries to talk the drunken kids NOT to go out for doughnuts, but to make them themselves. His Annual Football riot is always an event, with at least one car getting torched. Generally, his live in girlfriend of the semester walks away emotionally burned (He loves Co-eds. Money, sex, Essence, homework and laundry! What a deal! At least until they throw his butt out.)

He is aided in his working vacation that Belial pretty much has ignored what he is doing for the last bunch of decades. He sees fire and feels pain from that area of the world and He's content. After all, what can you expect from a Wimpudite?
