A reality with a different form of conspiracy nut. Some people notice anomalies in the moon landing footage. But instead of believing "rightly in this universe" that the landing was faked, they believe something supernatural or alien-ish happened and "TPTB" don't want them to know.
So the government decides to invest in better graphics to show how "wrong" the public is. ;)
