Options for stolen card that cannot be used

A thief steals an item that he cannot use ex. a big item while he already has one. Is he able to throw the card and steal again instead of trading - giving it to charity - selling it (if its his turn)?

A Thief cannot steal a Big item at all, so that's a non-issue. If he steals some other Item he cannot use, he can turn it sideways or get rid of it in any legal matter, just like any other Item you get but cannot use.

Thieves can only steal Small Itens, not Big.

But if he steals something he can't use, he cannot give it in Charity, since the Item does not go back to his hand. He needs not to sell it or trade it, he can just carry them sideways.

At the thief card it nowhere says that he can't steal big items.

If the Greek card does not say that, the Greek card is badly mistranslated. That is absolutely the rule.
