I would hazard to guess my GURPS shelf, if I had my books on a shelf that is, would be about 2-3 times that in size.
Of course, if you mean: When do we think 4th ed will have this many books? Then my answer is, not for a very very long time.

I can see several books there that I'd buy instantly.
