3. The OP just wants something that is roughly like wolverine, not an exact copy, which I don't think you could get on 750+100.
Honestly, Extreme Regeneration should just say 'recovers base HP every second' or something similar - that's what it effectively is, anyways.

The effect was much like as though his body was a sponge returning to it's shape, Suggesting faster regeneration than even any printed examples in the RAW.

With his Adamantium, I think Extreme is appropriate.

So what you're saying is that every bit of damage his body took, it would rebound instantly? You seem to have a strange idea of how that scene could have played out. The most important factor being time, something the medium of comics can't portray the same way as film.

If you're going to compare his body to a sponge, that's gonna be a completely different power than regeneration.

That's without his adamantium anyway, and would include Unkillable certainly. That was just illustration of Wolverine's peak regeneration being at least Extreme Regeneration.

You can also give him different levels of Regen against different damage types. As I recall, a very intense fire claw from Pyro hurt him badly enough that he complained about it and and allowed himself to be helped to stay up. Meanwhile, small caliber bullets, punctures, and slashes on the limbs don't slow him down.
