Lolo Ferrari had a huge body dysmporphic problem the culmulated into lots of plastic surgery and 22 breast operations. In 2000 was reported to have the largest artificial breast size. Regrettably she died from what appears to be a drug over dose as she suffered from depression too.

Seems to me that (initially at least) aspected low self image fits the bill, so... 8 pts?

Low Self Image means that "you are at -3 to all skill rolls whenever you believe that the odds are against you or others expect you to fail" (B143). I don't see how that relates at all to having an overwhelming desire to change some aspect of your body.

It isn't... it's directly related to having a distinctly identifiable lack of confidence... much the same way as the desire to change the body part is... in this case the flavor text changes to:

For instance if you're a model you can pose in front of a mirror all day long but you might take -3 to do the victoria secret fashion show
