Default Victoria (BC) in TS and Pyramid

Just in case anyone has missed it — the latest issue of Pyramid (#117) includes a description of the city of Victoria in Transhuman Space, by David Pulver.

I probably should have made that clearer. But as (a) I said "Victoria (BC)" in the header, (b) I said "the city of Victoria", and Victoria in Australia is a state, not a city, and (c) everyone knows that David is Canadian... Maybe not much clearer.

At which point the "Neither Phil nor David is an idiot" filter kicked in and you realised that you had misinterpreted the title, yes?

I had no problem, but then I have a Canadian sister who has visited the city.
