I need help with a Warp Modifier

I remember reading about a modifier to Warp that only allowed you to go to a nearby location you could have gotten to without that advantage. But I'm not finding it now and I don't remember where I read it. Anyone with a better memory, Google Fu, or notes than me?

You're probably thinking of the "Ghostly Movement" ability in Horror (p. 20), which is composed of modifiers on Warp that include Accessibility: Only places you could walk/climb to, given time, -20%.

True, although I think I'd use the Horror value instead, since a) that's a more recent thing than PK's suggestion, I believe, and b) it's published, which I feel makes it more "official", since it's been approved by not only PK, but also Kromm, not to mention the playtesters.

And I'm certain I read it in PK's house rule before Horror was printed. But even if mygurps was later, Horror is official.
