I should note this more-or-less describes the standard goblins from the Goblin Slayer anime/manga (they're explicitly noted to be roughly the same size, strength, and intelligence as human children, and roughly 10-years-old seems to match as the age). Anyone who has seen/read that has a decent idea of the sort of horrible things they can do to outnumbered adventurers (or sometimes even 1v1 if the adventurer lowers his/her guard).

I once bought a sparkly RPG, it was a bitterly snarky take on fairies. Not folkloric fairies, they were part of Kipling's "Sugar and shake your head imposters that either try to be funny and fail or try to preach and...succeed!" It was also a satire of White Wolf's Noun: the Descriptive Term games. It was a better satire than it was a game.

IIRC, van Helsing actually refers to him at one point as something like a 'brilliant child-mind'.

Varnae the Vampire from Marvel (616) Universe , is amongst other things immune to Holy Symbols , Holy Ground etc .

Being a Sorcerer from antediluvian Atlantis , it's pointed out that ALL the Gods he ever feared , had long ceased to exist .
This is as he strolls into the Vatican & kills a noted Priest who was working on a way to destroy all Vampires .

Varnae is powerful enough to even give Thor trouble .

The GURPSwiki has conversions of Classic: Blood Types into 4e keeping to the original concepts as much as possible.

If you really want to go down the vampire rabbit hole Bane, Theresa (2010) Encyclopedia of Vampire Mythology McFarland should be your go to as it has 600 "types" of vampires.

It was used to make some corrections to Blood Types; for example the term "Ch'iang Shich" is used to describe two different types of vampires and what is in Blood Type appears to be wrong. While Crazy Safari plays the Jiang Shi (another variant Romanization) as comical they can actually be very dangerous.
