Default Looking for Trouble / Looting Phase

Hi, if someone who is level 4 and Kicked the door then got a monster that says it does not fight with level 4 or lower / u must not to fight if you are level 4 or lower, In both situtations can you just don’t fight and go to the Looting/Trouble Phase?

There are very few, if any, monsters that will not fight a low-Level character. There are ones that will not pursue a low-Level character, but the fight still takes place; it's just that if you have to Run Away, the monster won't bother chasing you and so you don't have to roll.

However, even in a situation where a monster won't fight you, you don't get to Loot the Room or Look for Trouble, because you DID encounter a monster (unless, as always in Munchkin, a specific card says otherwise -- and some do).

Still didn’t understand about monsters that won’t pursue you. Can you clarify it little bit more?

If I'm Level 1 and I encounter a monster that won't pursue Level 2 or below, I can try to fight the monster normally. If I can beat it, great; I get the level and Treasure as normal. If I can't beat it (which I probably can't), then I have to Run Away -- but in this case, the monster thinks I'm not worth the trouble of chasing, and instead of rolling, I Run Away automatically.

So i kicked the door and came up with a monster which not pursues me and i choose not to fight that monster or just came up with a monster that wont fight me cuz im low. In both situations i directly go to the charity phase without Loot/Toruble Phase ?

Yes, because you still encountered a monster.
