Suppose a player being a wizard helps another one fight a monster after they agree on treasure sharing. Wizard player uses his Charm spell then. Does he get all the treasure, or does the player fighting originally and then they share it?

The monster was defeated, meaning the original treasure split applies. It doesn't matter who specifically beat it.

And in general, if you are asking a wizard for help, you better get a promise he won't charm it unnecessarily, or else he gets the same about of treasure, but you don't get the level.

The general rule is that the player whose turn it is gets all the treasure from the combat and then divvies it up as needed.

The word "general" is misleading in that sentence. That IS the rule.

I used the word "general" because I thought a card can override this rule by explicitly stating that someone other than the generic "you" receives the treasure. Is that right?

The rule is that if the monster is defeated, the split goes ahead as agreed.

Yes, it is true that there are certain cards that trump that rule - but "unless a card says otherwise" should always be understood, because that is a key rule of the game. There's just no point in adding UACSO or a similar qualifier every time one cites a rule.
