Default Four-Armed Giants! Build Help Request

I'm building a race of Four-Armed Giants! for an upcoming session. Eventually, they can be available as a character to my players so I want to put the effort in up front instead of just penciling some stuff down and fleshing it out later.

Basics are:
- 2x-2.5x taller than a normal human, so roughly 12-15 feet tall.
- 4 arms capable of each holding a weapon, but the giant still has to focus his attention to strike with any of them individually, but can point four crossbows at you and pull the triggers of each.
- Super strength (the effect you see in movies and books).

So Extra Arms 2 for a total of four arms and it says "You need Enhanced Tracking to perform tasks that require attention in more than one place at a time..."

Enhanced Tracking says "Each level of Enhanced Tracking allows your maneuver to apply to one additional target."

With the intent I have, I don't think I need Enhanced Tracking, do I? I believe the intent of Enhanced Tracking is to give a non-living character a radar-like system, or a living character the ability to have limbs which act independently of each other. Similar to Dr. Octopus's robotic arms in the Spider-Man comics, right? Maybe with AI or something additional based on whatever the backstory is, but that general effect.

Then the strength aspect, Super-Effort accomplishes super strength, but how do I apply it to the beginning ST 10 Attribute that characters start with? Page 24 of Supers tries to explain it but I'm not following it. The Super-Abilities Table in Supers on page 146 assumes a human character with strength maxed out at ST 20 before the addition of super-effort. So how do I apply that table to someone with ST 10 but it's all Super-Effort strength? I think I just find my base ST 10 in Base Value column, read to the right to Supervalue 100 and make my ST 100 for Basic Lift and Damages but not Hit Points. Am I doing that correct?

Being SM +2, you'll want to increase your base ST anyway, giving at least enough regular ST to support his weight (the Growth advantage gives a guideline of "5 times final height in yards"), which in this case is ST 20 (for 12' tall) to ST 25 (for 15' tall), with the Size (-20%) modifier applied to it. This extra base ST can also have Super ST's Super-Effort (+300%) applied to it. In this case, your giant would likely have ST 20/110 or 25/710 (and 20 to 25 HP). Note that Super-Effort (+300%) and Size (-20%) are cumulative, for a net +280%.

Clear as mud?

Enhanced Tracking lets you take one Aim maneuver and apply the aim bonus to additional targets equal to your Enhanced Tracking level. Your giants don't have that. They can take an Aim maneuver and apply the aim bonus to multiple weapons aimed at the same target.

Normally, when you Aim, you have to specify what weapon the Aim bonus applies to, so the giants need some kind of advantage here. I'd call it Enhanced Tracking 3 (Single Target Only -20%) [12].

You'd also want Extra Attack 3 if they can attack with all 4 crossbows at once.

Someone with ST 10 where all the ST is super-effort would be built as:
ST 10/100 [-100]
Extra ST 10 (Super-Strength +300%) [400]

Functionally, they'd be ST 10 with 10 HP, BL 20, Base damage sw 1d/thr 1d-2. When they spent FP, they'd jump to ST 100 with 10 HP, BL 2000, Base damage sw 13d/thr 11d.

I expect what you actually want are giants with ST 20, 10 points of which are super-strength:
ST 20/110 [0]
Extra ST 10 (Super-Strength +300%) [400]

Functionally, these giants would be ST 20 with 20 HP, BL 80, Base damage sw 3d+2/thr 2d-1. When they spent FP, they'd jump to ST 110 with 20 HP, BL 2420, Base damage sw 14d/thr 12d.

But maybe you want really frail but intermittently strong giants.

Dual-Weapon Attack should allow Extra Arms to use more weapons... thus making this a Four Weapon Attack.

Yep. This is exactly the way to do it: two extra arms and a technique that lets them attack one target with multiple limbs.
