Default My turn, my DF Wishlist.

1. Creatures that haunt Fell Places, Vol I.
The basic "book of foes" for DF. Covers all the basic baddies that players will face. Future volumes could specialize. Creatures that Haunt Fell Places Vol II: Dismal Swamps, for example.

2. Esoteric Secrets of the Dark Orders.
Similar to item one but outlines bad guy (not necessarily human) groups that could be used as ongoing foes in a DF campaign.

3. Mad Abduls' Emporium of the Weird.
I like treasure tables but it's just doesn't put enough omph into the game. I want weird metals unheard of on earth, plants and other substances with unusual properties, strange magical items that produce bizarre but sometimes useful effects, maps to places that don't exist, and other goodies. I have notebooks full of such treasures but I always seek more.

Is it my faulty memory, or was there once a DF: Bestiary listing on the e23 wish list? As I remember it, it was projected to break down into several volumes along the lines of Monstrous Animals, Constructs, Humanoids, and so on. Anyone else remember that? And anyone want to speculate as to why it's not there anymore?

I think that was something someone around here suggested. There used to be a (non-DF) bestiary listing on the wish list, but they weren't getting good proposals, so apparently they're thinking of doing something else.

Oh, shucks. I was hoping someone in the know would say, "Yes, we saw all the demand for a bestiary in the forums, so we have DF 11 through 15 in the works now. Monsters monsters monsters." Personally, I would buy them even if they repeated a lot of the information on animals from DF 5 and elementals, demons, etc. from DF 9.

You mean there is no plans for a monster supplement for DF? That really bites!
The only DF item still in the pipeline I know about is Taverns. I hope the line isn't coming to an end already.

Hey, now, nobody said that. It's just that we don't know. Maybe they have everything you ever wanted in the works, but they are being mum as usual. Or maybe they've decided that DF has made GURPS too violent and they're going to follow Taverns up with DF 11: Sitting Around Singing Kumbaya. I was just hoping to scrape up some undeserved advanced notice.
