Well, you can get an Affliction to do that fairly cheaply.

Even cheaper would be a Perk: Not annoyed by mere mortals.

Or you can just make your extra IQ switchable.

Extra IQ is already switchable. It's called tequila.

In that case why would there ever be a "need for constant exercise"? Exercise seems to only be useful to justify "learning" Fit or Very Fit, in a strictly RAW sense, right?

I don't think Bill is a major drinker.

I'd spend the rest of my points on things like Unaging, Unkillable, lots of Allies and Patrons (who doesn't need more loyal friends?), and kewl powers to play with like Flight, Warp, Snatcher, etc.
A lot of wealth combined with high TL can give you a lot of those things. Aging of you and people you care about is not a problem if you have TL 12 and a lot of money. You could also get almost any number of perfectly loyal friends.

I might get some exotic powers but otherwise I would just spend the points on

High TL 12 (20)
Independent Income 5 (5)
Multimillionaire 37 (975)

And now you see one reason I didn't wish for boosted Wealth.

I wanted multiple levels of Magery and Mana Enhancer (whatever would be needed for this setting...), along with a broad range of spells.
I wonder if an Aflliction could be used to create other mages and mana enhancers? At 1000 points, maybe I could swing that. If so, I'd start making some other mages, too.

1000 points is a heck of a lot

I'd probably go with the usual immortal and so are my friends package, crazy amounts of wealth, higher tech level, dimension travel, danger sense legal immunity super good physique and if I have any points left signature gear and load of alchemy..

Also all of my powers would get cosmic so as to work in all of the other dimensions.

At that point I'd just pop to another dimension I liked better and pretty much live like I do now only better,
